Many of today’s dynamics in organizations, teams and our society can be much better understood when we understand what really drives people’s behavior. The Spiral Dynamics model, based on decades of research, give this insight.

This online training gives participants in depth knowledge of Spiral Dynamics Integral and after successful completion you obtain a Spiral Dynamics level 1 certificate authorized by the Don Beck Spiral Dynamics Integral Foundation.

A growing number or organizations use it today to understand cultural dynamics and to find a way to deal with the diversity of employees, customers and complex social challenges. Organizations that have an interest in new ways of organizing and managing (such as “Teal culture” as described in Reinventing Organizations) use the model to assess their next step in development.

After completion of this course participants can follow the ‘Online ValueMatch Instrument training’ and become a certified ValueMatch practitioner.

To support the learning and personal development we use an online interactive learning environment that guides you through the exercises and connects you with the other participants in a community space. We use video, audios, assignments and quizes to make learning fun and functional. Participants are also encouraged to pair up for mutual exploration of the topics. We work in groups of maximum 20 participants, each participant get the chance to get an online conversation about their analysis assignment.

Price for the training is € 725 for small companies and € 875 for corporates. Prices exclude 21% Dutch VAT, however participants in the EU with a valid VAT number and participants outside the EU don’t pay VAT.

Price includes a ValueMatch Values and Change profiling report and 1 year access to our online resources.

This course is in English, most of the written materials and some of the videos are also available in German and Dutch.
